Downstairs you fine 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and a living room open to kitchen.  In the loft area there is a private sleeping area and an area with a desk. the house is in Walking distance to restaurants etc. Close to MTSU and all-area hospitals. Outside you find a covered patio and a wonderful fenced in backyard with matures trees. There is a studio in the back - this is rented separately.

Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent. 

Ideal for short stays, for example college visits, guest speakers, conferences, family coming to town, and they need their own space and much more. We do also accept mid-term booking up to 3 months. For bookings more than 30 days there is 55% discount. This is ideal for travelling nurses, relocations etc.
