Lytle House 1 is part of a cute triplex on Lytle Street, Murfreesboro Tennessee. This house is 100 years old and was later in life converted into a triplex. In 2021/2022 it was completely renovated.  It's located in the downtown area of Murfreesboro with walking distance to the town square with shops and restaurants and even walking distance to MTSU. Nashville only 40min drive.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with shower and washer/dryer. Kitchen if fully equipped with all usual appliances. Living room is open to kitchen.  The design is light and modern with a sense of cozy! Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent. 

Ideal for short stays, for example college visits, guest speakers, conferences, family coming to town, and they need their own space and much more. We do also accept mid-term booking up to 3 months. For bookings more than 30 days there is 55% discount. This is ideal for travelling nurses, relocations etc.
